Terms of service

These terms are between Clino Health (“we”) and the clinic or person that creates a Curogrid account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them.

If you create an account for a clinic, you confirm that you are allowed to do so on its behalf.

Curogrid is software for running a clinic: tokens, appointments, patient records, prescriptions, billing and stock.

Curogrid is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. Lists of medicines, tests, diagnoses and starter prices are conveniences for typing; every clinical decision, every dose and every price is yours. You are responsible for checking what you record and what you prescribe.

• Give each member of staff their own login. Do not share passwords.
• You are responsible for what is done under your clinic's logins.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

New clinics receive a 5-day trial of the Pro plan. After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan: Plus at ₹399 a month or ₹3,830 a year, or Pro at ₹999 a month or ₹9,590 a year.

Plans are paid in advance, by the month or by the year. Prices may change; a change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does. Taxes are added where they apply.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

The records you put into Curogrid are yours. We use them only to provide the software to you, as the privacy policy describes.

You are responsible for having the right to record your patients' information, and for the duties a clinic has to its patients under Indian law.

You can export your patient list and your bills from the software. If you close your account, ask us and we will help you take your records with you.

Do not use Curogrid to break the law, to store information you have no right to hold, to try to reach another clinic's records, or to disrupt the service for others.

We work to keep Curogrid running and to keep your records safe, and we back up the database. We do not promise that it will never be interrupted.

Curogrid is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of income, or for clinical outcomes. Our total liability to you in any year is limited to what you paid us for Curogrid in that year.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You can stop using Curogrid at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for, after giving notice where that is reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
