The Curogrid phone app for doctors and clinic staff
The Curogrid phone app is the Android and iPhone version of Curogrid clinic software. It signs in to the same clinic as the web version. The doctor sees the line, calls the next patient and writes the visit, the desk gives tokens and takes payments, and the owner checks the day's money from anywhere.
The store listings are on their way
The Android and iPhone apps are being listed on Google Play and the App Store. Until then, start on the web: the phone app signs in to the same clinic when it arrives.
What can you do in the Curogrid phone app?
Four screens are used every day: Home, My line, the patient's file and Bills. These are pictures of the real app, on a clinic we set up with invented patients.

Home
Waiting now, taken today, seen today and still to collect. Below them, money taken over the last 14 days and anything that needs you, such as a bill unpaid for over 30 days.

My line
The doctor's own line: each token with its wait, who has been called and who is in the room. One button at the bottom calls the next patient.

A patient's file
The same file as on the computer, so the doctor reads the last visit and the allergies before the patient sits down.

Bills
What has been billed and what is still to pay, wherever you are.
Who uses the phone app, and for what?
Each person signs in as themselves and sees the screens their role allows.
| Who | What they do on the phone |
|---|---|
| The desk | Gives a token, adds a new patient, books an appointment, raises a bill and takes payment |
| The doctor | Sees My line, calls the next patient, opens the file and writes the visit: vitals, complaint, diagnosis, medicines, advice and when to come back |
| The owner | Sees waiting now, taken today and still to collect, the last 14 days of takings, and records an expense |
| Whoever keeps the medicines | Sees the medicines doctors have prescribed that are still to be handed over, and the stock |
