What is Curogrid?
Curogrid is clinic management software for clinics in India. It runs the clinic's day on one system: tokens and the waiting line, appointments, patient files, prescriptions, tests, bills and stock. It works in a web browser and on a phone app, and it sets itself up for the clinic's speciality.
The receptionist gives a token, the doctor sees the line and writes the visit, and the desk raises the bill and takes payment. The doctor, the compounder and the sister all use it, so it uses plain words.
What sets it apart is the setup. Curogrid asks your speciality first and arrives with that speciality’s services, starter prices, medicines, tests, procedures and consent forms. It has a setup for 10 specialities.

The difference
What does each clinic get on its first day?
The same software, three different clinics. This table is what a physiotherapy, a skin and a children's clinic each see on day one. Nothing in it was typed in by the clinic.
| On day one | Physiotherapy | Skin and hair | Paediatrics |
|---|---|---|---|
| Services ready to bill | 10, such as 10 session package and manual therapy session | 10, such as wart removal and dermoscopy | 10, such as school health certificate and newborn check |
| Booking a course | 6 sessions, 2 days apart, 45 minutes each | 4 sessions, 4 weeks apart, 30 minutes each | 3 visits, a week apart |
| Medicines offered | None. A therapy visit has no prescription. | 42, such as isotretinoin 10 mg capsule | 29, such as paracetamol 120 mg/5 ml syrup |
| One-tap procedures | Exercise therapy, Manual therapy, Ultrasound therapy, IFT and 7 more | Chemical peel, Laser session, PRP session, Electrocautery and 4 more | Vaccination, Nebulisation, Growth check |
| First card in the patient’s file | Sessions. It shows how many sessions of the course are done, such as “3 of 6 done”, and when the next one is booked. A missed session that was never rebooked is flagged. | Treatment. It shows the course of sessions: how many are done, such as “2 of 4 done”, and when the next one is booked. A missed session that was never rebooked is flagged. | Growth. It draws the last five weights as a small chart, with the latest height beside them. |
Every item is a starting point. Rename a service, delete four and reprice the rest: once it is set up, it is yours.
The product
What does Curogrid do during the clinic's day?
Four screens run most of the day: the waiting line, the appointment book, the patient's file and billing. These are pictures of the real software, on a clinic we set up with invented patients.
Tokens and the waiting line
Curogrid gives every patient who walks into a clinic a token and keeps the waiting line on one screen, called Today. It shows who is next, who has been called, who is with the doctor and how long each patient has waited.
- Three boxes that answer “who is next?”
- Wait times that change colour
- Babies and senior citizens are marked

Appointments
Curogrid's appointment book is the clinic's shared calendar. It gives each doctor a column and a colour, in day, week or month view.
- A column and a colour for each doctor
- Day, week and month
- A course of visits in one booking

Patient files
In Curogrid every patient has one file, the clinic's electronic medical record for that person. Allergies, long-term conditions and current medicines are at the top.
- Allergies cannot be missed
- Last visit, next visit, still to pay
- A first card that follows your speciality

Billing
Curogrid's billing screen is where a clinic raises bills and takes payment. It shows four numbers for the day: what is still to collect, what was taken (split by UPI, cash and card), what was billed, and bills started but not saved.
- UPI, cash and card, counted apart
- Part payments are normal
- Who owes

On the phone
Does Curogrid work on a phone?
Yes. Curogrid has a phone app for Android and iPhone, so the doctor does not need the computer. It shows the line, the wait and the day’s money. The doctor calls the next patient from the consulting room, opens the file and sees what was written last time.
- My line. Tokens in order, each with its wait, and a Call next button.
- Home. Waiting now, taken today, still to collect.
- Patients and bills. The same files and the same bills as the desk.
The store listings are on their way. More about the phone app

A physiotherapy clinic’s first morning
- Sign up, then pick Physiotherapy in clinic setup. 10 services are ready, from initial assessment at ₹800 to a 10 session package. Change any price.
- Book the first patient’s course. One switch books 6 sessions, 2 days apart, 45 minutes each.
- Record the session. Exercise therapy, Manual therapy, Ultrasound therapy and 8 more therapies are one tap. There is no medicine list in the way.
- Bill and move on. Raise the bill and take payment by UPI, cash or card. The patient’s file now shows 1 of 6 done.
